Unfortunately, if a product arrives defected then item will be replaced free of cost or we provide refund of amount as appropriate if you claim within 24 hours of receiving product. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be responsible for paying all the cost of such damage.
For return any defected item read below guidelines.
⁃ Any problems must be reported within 24 hours of receiving item.
⁃ If there is any defected item in your order you should email us at email@example.com within 24 hours and our customer service team will contact you back.
⁃ Replacement will be issued after return of defected item.
⁃ Product MUST be returned in the same condition including product packaging as they were at the time of delivery. If there are any changes made to the item or if original packaging of parcel is not included then replacement is not possible.
